This place is located in a really quiet area, just by a train station, a bit further out from the city center. It only takes 10 minutes by train from the central station to Anniesland. The service here is top-notch, with a staff that has great hospitality and a wonderfully charming demeanor. The room amenities are excellent, including ironing facilities, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric kettle. The rooms are cozy with nice curtains, a carpeted floor, and a comfortable dining area. The staff here really knows how to make you feel at home.
We highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

It was easy to get to on public transport. It was cheap. There was no one else in my four-bed dorm! I could access the internet in the dining room.
The room and bathroom both needed a good scrub out. The window in the bedroom leaked badly in the rain. The door to the room could not be locked and there was nowhere to store valuables. There were no spare blankets.

the overall atmosphere and the lounge room are to be mentioned as positive aspects of the hostel
the location quite far outside the inner city of Glasgow has to be taken into consideration since public transport early in the mornings can be a problem (especially when getting to the airport)

The location is very convenient, being situated very close to a Scot Rail station. This allows easy access to various parts of Scotland. There are also several restaurants in the surrounding area, providing options for dining out.
Some guests experienced issues with cleanliness, specifically noting that the beds and bathrooms could be cleaner.

Location, free parking
There was a 3% fee when paying with credit card. This should have been mentioned on Booked.net. No any tables or stools in a 6 bed room.

The Staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The Hostel was clean, comfortable and well kept. It had a lovely T.V. Lounge which had a very homely feel to it. There was a convenient Train service just 5 minutes walk across the main road and several bus links to other parts of Glasgow. There is plenty of local shops nearby including a Morrisons, Poundstrechers and Fast-food outlets and, also banks with atm machines.
The only negative I can think of is that the bunk beds were rather creaky.

This hostel was a great find! The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient as it was close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the showers were consistently hot.
The hostel lacked a communal lounge area, which made it difficult to meet and socialize with other travelers. there was no on-site food options, so guests had to venture out for meals.

A very pleasantly done up Glasgow town house within 60 seconds walk from the Glasgow metro station Anniesland (itself 10mins from the city centre). The rooms were clean and the area is peaceful and relaxing whilst being well connected with the city. The Weatherspoons bar next door is a useful source of cheap food and drink for the student traveller!
